摘    要:作为新兴的商业模式,网络实体店商城近年来在南京城迅猛发展.针对商城未来发展空间受限、内部环境欠佳等问题,提出在用地区位上向城市次中心、社区中心等方向发展,规模业态上强调聚集性、依赖性、互补性特征,建筑空间上从交通、环境、可识别性三方面进行设计改造的规划设计策略.

Abstract:As a new business mode, online shopping plaza develops quickly in Nanjing in recent years. With respect to the existing problems of these online shopping plazas, the article proposes these plazas develop toward secondary urban centers and community centers in big scale businesses that are interdependent and complementary. The plazas can improve their architectural spaces in transportation, environment, and signs.
