基于MATLAB的水压溢流阀动态特性仿真

摘    要:分析并建立了先导式水压溢流阀动态特性的数学模型,并在某个稳定工作点对微分方程进行了线性化处理和拉氏变换。采用MATLAB中的Simulink软件对数学模型的方框图进行仿真,得出主阀阻尼孔直径d1、主阀进口受控容积V0、导阀入口容积V1、主阀芯上腔容积V2的大小均对阀的动态性能有较大影响。分析结果对先导式溢流阀的优化设计有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The mathematical model of the dynamic characteristics of a water hydraulic relief valve has been analyzed and established,the differential equations are linearized and operated with Laplace's transform at a stable point,and the frame of the transfer function is drawn.And the MATLAB software package including the Simulink application is used to simulate the frame,and the conlusion has been drawn that some parameters have great influence on the dynamic characteristics of the relief valve,such as the damping orifices d1,the inlet chamber volume V0 of the main valve,the inlet chamber volume V1 of the pilot valve,and the upper chamber volume V2 of the main valve.The results are helpful for the optimization design of relief valves.
