摘    要:以双E型电磁铁为研究对象,对交流接触器操作电磁铁进行了优化设计.利用寻优法计算线圈电流值,基于三维有限元方法分析了电磁系统内部的磁场分布,并对其静态吸力特性进行了仿真计算和实验验证,实验结果与仿真计算的结果相一致.在此基础上,利用虚拟样机技术研究了铁芯、线圈高度等结构参数对静态吸力特性的影响,提出操作电磁铁的最佳几何尺寸的选择.

Abstract:The double E-type- electromagnet to optimize the eleotromagnetism of AC contactor was in-vestigated. Design optimization in used to calculate the coil current. The magnetic field distribution of eleetromag-netism system was simulated and the characteristics of static attractive force were calculated using the 3-D finite ele-ment method. The numerical and experimental results are in good agreement. Based on these results, the influence of structure parameters on static characteristics was studied by means of virtual prototype technology. The optimal se-lection of geometry of magnet was proposed.
