聚乙烯旋转模塑成型工艺条件的研究

摘    要:本文通过正交试验的方法研究了聚乙烯旋转模塑成型工艺中主要操作参数对制品性能的影响,得到了适宜的工艺条件。结果表明在一定范围内,增加加热温度有利于改善制品的冲击性能,而工艺条件对制品的拉伸强度影响不大。

Abstract:s The influences of main process parameters in polyethylene rotational molding technology on properties of product were investigated through orthogonal test,and favorable process conditions were obtained.The results showed that within definite scope the impact strength of product increased with the increase of heating temperature,however,the tensile strength was affected little by process conditions.
