| 摘 要： | 讨论了洪水保险的两种基本模式,并立足于深圳市实际,分析深圳市实施洪水保险的必要性和可行性,提出适合深圳市的洪水保险模式,同时提出了实施洪水保险的具体对策。最后在政策法规、组织机构、保险费率、激励机制等诸多方面进行了分析,提出了推进洪水保险工作的建设性意见。

| Abstract: | Two kinds of the flood risk insurance were introduced and the necessity and feasibility of flood insurance in Shenzhen City was analyzed. The patterns were figured out according to the specific situation in Shenzhen and the specific measures were discussed to implement the flood insurance, including the policies and regulations, organizations, premium rate, incentive mechanism and etc. These were positive suggestions to push forward flood insurance work. |
