石蜡乳状液潜热输送材料的研究进展

摘    要:石蜡乳状液潜热输送材料是由相变石蜡与水乳化而成的悬浮液,具有较大的热客,能量储存密度及输送密度远高于相同温差下的水,因此可以使循环流量大幅降低,从而降低循环能耗,实现节能.根据相变石蜡材料及应用背景不同,分别综述了低温石蜡乳状液潜热输送材料、高温石蜡乳状液潜热输送材料的研究现状.指出了石蜡乳状液潜热输送材料在导热性能和稳定性等方面存在的共性问题,并探讨了解决措施:纳米颗粒强化传热是提高其导热性能的有效方法,研制纳米级相变石蜡微乳液是提高稳定性的有效途径.

Abstract:Paraffin emulsion in field of latent heat transportation is a kind of suspension which emulsified by phase change paraffin and water.It has high heat capacity.So,the thermal storage and heat transportation density of phase change fluid are much higher than that of water under the same temperature difference.For given heat transportation quantity,the mass flow rate and the pump consumption for phase change fluid can be reduced greatly than that for water.Based on that,latent heat transportation using paraffin emulsion could cut energy consumption of pumps,so the energy saving can be achieved.Research progress in low-temperature paraffin emulsion and high-temperature paraffin emulsion were reviewed.Furthermore,the shortcomings of paraffin emulsion such as low thermal conductivity and poor stability were pointed out.It was proposed that the low thermal conductivity can be enhanced by adding nano-particles and the poor stability can be improved by preparing paraffin micro-emulsion with nano diameter.
