28MnCr5冶炼过程钢中夹杂物的变化情况研究

摘    要:通过SEM、EDS和大样电解试验对28MnCr5冶炼过程中夹杂物的大小、形貌、数量进行了分析。结果表明:LF精炼后夹杂物多为钙镁铝氧化物及硫化钙夹杂,夹杂物的尺寸较小,多为1μm~3μm,形状为方形。经VD处理后,较LF阶段夹杂物尺寸增大,夹杂物的组成多是钙镁铝尖晶石类及MnS夹杂。连铸过程中夹杂物的成分主要为MgO-Al2O3-MnS-MnO系夹杂物,夹杂物多呈圆形,其尺寸在3μm~6μm。通过大样电解发现大部分大型夹杂物都是多元复合夹杂物,颗粒粒径多在100μm以上,对钢材性能影响极大。

Abstract:The size、morphology and amount of inclusions in 28MnCr5 smelting process were analyzed by SEM、EDS and sample electrolysis methods.The results indicated that the main inclusions after LF refining were square CaO-Mgo-Al2O3 and CaS ranging from 1μm to 3μm.The main inclusions were CaO-Mgo-Al2O3-MnO-CaS and MnS during VD period which were larger than the former.The main inclusions were round MgO-Al2O3-MnS-MnO ranging from 3μm to 6μm during casting period.Most large inclusions in steel were multielements through sample electrolysis and their sizes were above 100 μm which greatly affect steel performance.
