| 摘 要： | 介绍了济钢炼钢厂45 t区域加料系统中所用电振电机处的生产环境与条件,分析了该区域电振电机烧损的主要原因.为了减少本区域电振电机的烧损数量,提出了外部保护与内部保护相结合的方法,阐述了相应的预防和维护措施,最终降低了本区域电机烧损率.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the environment and conditions of the vibrating motor used in Steelmaking plant of Jigang 45t area.The burning reasons of regional electric vibrating motor are analysed.The external protection and internal protection combination method in order to reduce the vibration motor loss amount are put forward.The corresponding measures of prevention and maintenance are expounded.The area motor burning rate is reduced at last. |
