采用废热供暖的车库地面防结露方法

为保障车库行车安全,需要防止使用环氧防滑地坪的最下层车库主车道在梅雨季节结露。本文分析了地下车库地面产生结露的原因;提出利用地下变电所空调排放的废热,经地下车库地坪下埋设的地暖管道加热,提高车库主车道地面温度,从而避免结露的方法。通过计算校核了夏季、梅雨季和冬季车库主车道地面温度及水源热泵冷却水供、回水温度,发现均可以满足散热和防结露要求。

Anti-condensation Method for Garage Ground by Heating with Waste Heat

To guarantee driving safety,condensation on the lowest floor main driveways with epoxy sliping-proof ground in plum rain season should be avoided.The reason of condensation in underground garages is analyzed and an anti-condensation method is provided in this paper.The waste heat from an underground substation air-conditioning system is used to promote the surface temperature of main driveway by heating pipes embedded in underground garage.The main driveway surface temperature and the cooling water supply and return temperature of water source heat pump system are calculated in summer,plum rain season and winter respectively.It shows that all of them can meet the requirements of radiating and anti-condensation.
