摘    要:气体绝缘金属封闭组合电器GIS(Gas-Insulated metal-enclosed Switchgear)设备因其占地面积少、运行维护工作量小、可靠性高、寿命长,在当今电力系统中广泛采用.但GIS设备一旦发生内部故障,修复周期长、过程复杂、对供电系统影响较大.通过分析导致GIS设备运行故障的原因,提出在安装施工环节质量控制要点,达到降低设备运行故障率的目的.着重阐述了3个方面的质量控制要点:防SF6气体泄漏、防SF6气体水份含量高和防GIS设备内部放电闪络.工程实践表明:严格把握控制要点,GIS设备运行可靠性、稳定性将大幅度提高.

Abstract:The GIS(Gas-Insulated metal-enclosed Switchgear) is widely applied in power systems for its smaller size,less maintenance,higher reliability and longer lifetime.However,once an internal fault occurs in GIS,the time needed for its repair is long and the procedure is complex,exerting great influences on power supply system.Causes of GIS faults are analyzed,based on which quality control points in GIS installation are presented to lower the fault rate.Three preventions are emphasized:SF6 leakage,high vapor content and internal flashover.Projects show that the reliability and stability of GIS are improved by strict quality control.
