| 摘 要： | 在线测试仪是一种自动测试设备。该设备由系统硬件和系统软件两部分组成。系统硬件包括计算机接口，开关矩阵，控制及测试电路，系统软件包括系统信息设置，测试程序的编辑，在线值读取，磁盘调用及打印输出等模块组成。

| Abstract: | On line Tester is a kind of Automatic Test Equipment. It has replaced the position of manual test as the necessary part of the manufacture. This paper gives the system hardware, including Computer interface,Switch matrix, Con-troling Circuits and Testing Circuits for resistor,capacitor,inductor,diode,transistor andzener diode. This paper also gives the system software,including fuctinos listed:test programme edit,component and open/short test,data saving print output etc. And a simple research after approach to eliminate the industry noise is discussed. |
