| Abstract: | Based upon the current situation of the management of the telecommunication network for power systems,this paper analyses characteristics and requirements of the management system for the telecommunication network for power systems,and proposes the basic design principles and requirements for basic functions in a technical point of view in building the system,and presents some constructive advices in designing and selecting management system. |
