| 摘 要： | 随着电力系统的改革和国外融资进入电力行业,工程项目后评价工作已全面提出。国资委为此印发了《中央企业固定资产投资项目后评价工作指南》。各电力项目投资单位均要求按《工作指南》对重点项目进行后评价。后评价涉及总体和单项工程后评价,成果应用和指标体系。对比法较适用于电力系统。

| Abstract: | With reform of electric power system and foreign financing entering into power industry in China the post-evaluation for an engineering project has been put forward.The State Assets Committee has issued the "Work Guidance for post-evaluation of fixed assets investment projects of central enterprises".All organs for investment on power projects should carry out the post-evaluation of key projects according to the "Work Guidance".The post-evaluation is dealt with the postevaluation for a general and individual project,application of results and index system.The comparison method is suitable for the power system. |
