| 摘 要： | 城镇房屋拆迁是涉及群众切身利益的民生工程，事关社会稳定及党和政府在群众中的形象。南通市房产管理局和市监察局按照城镇房屋拆迁的相关法规和政策，认真总结拆迁工作的经验，逐步形成并扎实推进了“十公示一监督”制度，实现了“平安拆迁”和“阳光拆迁”。

| Abstract: | Urban house dismantlement is the people's livelihood project which involves the vital interests of masses, and relates to the social stability and government image form masses. As per the relative laws and policies of urban house dismantlement, the Real-Estate Bureau and the Supervision Bureau of Nantong City carefully sum up the work experience, gradually formed and pushed the system of Ten Publicities & One Supervision and achieved the Safe Dismantlement and Sunshine Dismantlement. |
