基于运动轨迹的视频摘要技术

提出了一种基于运动轨迹的视频摘要生成方法。首先利用改进的8方向链码编码对视频对象运动轨迹进行编码,重点突出了对象运动的变化特征,同时采用归一化编码技术,增强了改进编码方法对尺度和旋转变换的鲁棒性。在编码过程中记录了与编码对应的视频帧序号,这些帧就是需要提取的"关键帧"。然后以"关键帧"为基础,提出了利用插值算法生成视频摘要的方法。实验结果证明了方法的有效性。

Video Abstraction Based on Trajectory

ion based on the moving trajectory of video object.The moving trajectory is coded with the improved 8-directional chain code and emphasis is given to the variation characteristics of the object motion.Normalized coding technology is also adopted,which enhances the robustness of the improved code for scale and rotation transformation.In the process of coding,the serial numbers of video frames corresponding to the codes are recorded,and these frames are the "key-frames" we need to extract.Then a method of generating video summarization through interpolation is proposed on the basis of the "key-frames".And experimental results verify its effectiveness.
