| 摘 要： | 根据乐滩水电站工程实际情况，针对工程施工中出现的几大主要问题：地质问题、施工总进度的控制、人工砂石料问题及混凝土配合比优化设计、围堰拆除施工问题、厂房不装修混凝土施工及二期施工导流问题，叙述了施工方在工程施工中的应对措施及成功经验，可为同类电站提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In light of the realities of Letan Hydropower Station Project, the paper focuses on such major problems in construction as geology, control of construction progress, artificial sandstone, optimized design of concrete mix proportion, coffer dam dismantling, no finishing for power house, concrete construction and secondphase construction diversion. The corresponding measures taken by construction part during the course of project construction and the successful experiences thereby provide reference for other power stations of this kind. |
