调速型液力耦合器工作油温特性分析与应用

摘    要:调速型液力耦合器在转动机械中应用广泛。工作油系统是液力耦合器的关键环节,而工作油温问题时常影响液力耦合器的正常使用。在对液力耦合器滑差损失分析的基础上,利用解析方法对液力耦合器工作油的热特性进行了分析,得到了两种不同结构液力耦合器工作油温随输出转速的变化关系,并利用该理论结果,解决了液力耦合器的实际应用问题。
