| 摘 要： | 介绍了各种热喷涂技术的现状及其技术特性,并详细介绍了超音速电弧喷涂技术在电厂设备延寿修复中的应用情况,如在钢结构部件,“四管”爆漏、风机叶轮上、汽机叶片上的应用等。并指出此技术对处在恶劣环境下的金属部件的防腐、防磨、抗水蚀的应用效果良好。超音速电弧喷涂技术还可应用在垃圾焚烧发电的整套装置上。该项技术对延长电厂设备的使用寿命,具有重要的实际意义。

| Abstract: | This article briefs the present status and technical characteristies of various kinds of hot spraying techniques,and details the application status of supersonic arc spraying (SAS) technique in the life extension and restoration of power plant equipment,such as on the steel structural components,"four tubes" exposed surface,fan wheel,blades of steam turbines.It is indicated that the application effects of this technique in the anticorrosion,anti - abrasion and erosion protection of metallic components in the adverse circumstances are good.The SAS technique can be applied also to the whole facilities of garbage incineration power.The SAS technique is of great importance in the life extension of power plant equipment. |
