火炮后坐复进运动动态检测与模糊评估

摘    要:射击后火炮后坐、复进运动检测与评估是火炮发射安全性、动作可靠性与射击精度的保证。通过检测火炮射击时后坐、复进位移与复进机压力信号,并应用小波变换算法对测试信号进行滤波,分析得到火炮后坐位移与复进到位速度值;应用模糊理论建立了火炮后坐、复进运动动态模糊评估模型,并评估该火炮的实际射击状态。用实例验证了动态模糊评估模型及结果的正确性及有效性,结果表明该方法简单实用,符合实际射击情况,为火炮后续故障诊断奠定了基础。

Abstract:After gun fires, detection and evaluation of its recoil and counter-recoil are the guarantee of security, action reliability and target accuracy of gun firing. The gun recoil and count-recoil displacement and pressure signal of count-recoil mechanism were detected in the course of gun recoiling and counter-recoiling, and its detected signal curve was filtered by means of wavelet transform algorithm. The maximum recoil displacement and the last counter-recoil velocity of the gun were received and analyzed. The dynamic fuzzy evaluation model of gun recoil and count-recoil was established by use of fuzzy theory, and the actual firing state of the gun was evaluated by means of model. The correctness and effectiveness of dynamic fuzzy evaluation model and its result were validated by an example. The result showed that the method is simple and practical, it agrees with actual firing condition, and it can lay a solid foundation for successive gun fault diagnosis.
