膨胀型阻燃剂Melabis的合成工艺改进研究

摘    要:以三氯氧磷、季戊四醇和三聚氰胺为原料,经3步反应合成了膨胀型阻燃剂双(1-氧代-1-磷杂-2,6,7-三氧杂双环2.2.2]辛烷)磷酸酯三聚氰胺盐(简称Melabis)。讨论了物料配比、加料方式、反应时间等因素对反应产率的影响,改进了合成工艺,产率可达到97.2%,并用元素分析、红外光谱等方法表征了产品的结构。

Abstract:An intumescent flame retardant bis (1-oxy-4-methylene-1-phospha-2, 6, 7-trioxabicyclo 2.2.2]octane)phosphate melaminium (Melabis) was prepared from phosphorus oxychloride, pentaerythritol and melamine by three-step reactions. The effect of mole ratio of raw materials, feeding methods of raw materials and reaction time on the reaction yield were discussed, when used the improved technology to synthesis melabis, the total yield was attained up to 97.2%.
