| 摘 要： | 教学质量评估体系的建立与应用的目的在于激励教师的积极性,提高学校整体教学质量,建立完善的教学质量保障体系。在确立教师教学质量评价指标体系的基础上,详细阐述了基于.NET的高校教师教学质量评估系统的设计与实现。本评估系统在确立教师教学质量评价指标体系的基础上,做到了评教主体覆盖面广;评教工作的安排科学合理;系统的数据处理能力强;评教结果真实、可信度高。本系统切实有效地达到了辅助教学的目的。

| Abstract: | The aim of the establishment and the application of quality of teacher's evaluation system lies in driving teacher's enthusiasm,improves the school overall quality of teaching,establishes the perfect quality of teaching safeguard system.This evaluation system establishes the teacher quality of teacher's evaluation target system in the foundation,achieved the founder body coverage to be broad;comments the arrangement science which teaches to work to be reasonable;system data-handling capacity;comments really teaches the result, the confidence level is high.This system practical effective has achieved the assistance teaching goal. |
