摘    要:伴随着我国市场经济的纵深发展,我国餐饮业引来了新一轮的发展机遇.在机遇与风险并存的发展环境中,中餐企业应进一步强化品牌意识,实施系统的品牌战略.通过提升品牌价值,培育中国知名餐饮品牌,增强中国餐饮企业的国际竞争力.

Abstract:With the development of our country's marketing economy in depth the catering industry in our country is meeting a new round of the opportunity of development. Under the circumstances of the coexistence of opportunity and risk, Chinese cuisine enterprises should further strengthen their brand consciousness and practice systematic brand strategy. Only through the enhancement of brand value and the successful cultivation of famous Chinese food and beverage brands can the international competitive force for Chinese catering industry be heightened.
