摘    要:以上海市复兴路隧道南线工程盾构施工为例,针对软土地层中盾构施工的难点和特点,如坡度大,地层复杂,桩基下穿越,采用薄壁超宽管片且错缝拼装,穿越江中段,对盾尾密封的要求更加严格等,研究了泥水盾构的施工技术措施和开挖面稳定机理与掘削管理.针对工程难点,采取相应施工技术措施,根据监测数据及时调整施工参数,使盾构施工对建筑物影响降至最低.

Abstract:Taking shield construction of south tunnel in Shanghai Fuxing Road as example,difficulties and characteristics of tunnel constructed in soft soil are analyzed,such as large slope,complicated strata,the tube passing through pile foundation,thick and super-wide segment is adopted and staggered jointed,as well as the tunnel crossing middle river and seal requirements of shield tail are higher etc.Construction measures,stability and cutting principle of mud shield construction are researched.Influence of shield construction to buildings is reduced to minimum by adopting construction measures according to project difficulties.Then,construction parameters are adjusted on the basis of monitored data.
