时滞工业对象的一种建模及控制方法

摘    要:采用只有纯滞后的一阶惯性环节作为时滞工业对象的模型,给出了一种时滞工业对象的内模控制方案。根据对象的阶跃响应曲线,采用最小二乘法,准确获得对象模型的参数:比例增益、惯性时间常数和纯滞后时间。详细阐述了模刑的求取方法并对控制方案进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明了这种控制方法的有效性。

Abstract:The first-order plus dead-time model is applied as the model of industrial object with time delay. The scheme for intemal model control (IMC) is proposed. According to the step response of industrial object, the parameters offirst-order plus dead-time model can be obtained accuratly by least-square method. The process of building model is discussed in detail and corresponding simulation is given. The simulation results show its effectiveness.
