改性粉煤灰在含油废水中的应用

摘    要:粉煤灰采用酸处理后再对其进行表面接枝高分子季氨盐基团改性处理。通过IR和物理吸附仪分析研究改性后的表面孔分布及官能团结构,研究表明改性粉煤灰处理含油废水可获得满意的效果。表面固载杀菌基团的改性粉煤灰抑菌能力维持在98%以上,并具有较好稳定性,能解决生物污堵和出水水质的生物性指标超标问题。

Abstract:Fly ash properties was modified respectively by hydrochloric acid, as well as first fly ash is prepared through crafting polymeric quaternary ammonium base groups. IR and physical adsorption instrument were used to study the distribution and functional groups on adsorption of the modified fly ash. The results show that fly ash treatment have a better efficiency. Solid surface sterilization of groups containing antimicrobial activity of modified fly ash maintains more than 98% and has good inhibition stability. The modified fly ash can solve the problems of blocking of biological pollution and excessive biological indicators of effluent quality.
