延展胀开式表层套管钻井专用钻鞋的研制与应用

套管钻井技术是一项世界范围内钻井领域降低钻井成本的革命性新技术,钻鞋是表层套管钻井最核心的技术。国外公司生产的钻鞋价格昂贵,不利于表层套管钻井技术在国内的应用与发展。因此开展了延展胀开式表层套管钻井专用钻鞋的研制与应用。文中重点阐述了所设计钻鞋的结构设计、工作原理、室内试验和现场试验。现场试验表明,该钻鞋设计合理,动作灵活可靠,完钻后易于钻除和表层固井施工,满足现场使用要求。该钻鞋的研制提高了大庆油田表层套管钻井整体的技术水平,有利于套管钻井技术的应用和发展。

Development and Application of Expandable Drilling Shoe Used for Surface Casing Drilling

The drilling shoe is the key technology of surface casing drilling.The drilling shoe manufactured by foreign companies is so expensive that it isn't propitious to the development and application of surface casing drilling technology in China.So,the expandable drilling shoe of surface casing drilling was developed.The structural design,working principle and field tests etc.of drilling shoe were introduced in this paper.The field tests showed that the design of drilling shoe was rational and tried,and it could meet the requirement of field application.The development of drilling shoe improved the integral level of technology of surface casing drilling in Daqing Oilfield and it was propitious to the application and development of casing drilling.
