| Abstract: | Laser machining is an advanced processing technology. This paper introduces two flexible techniques of dieless plastic forming sheet metal by laser, namely, laser thermal stress forming, and laser shock forming. It represents respectively the research of world, fundamental principle and feature. It also pointes out the existing problems. |
