摘    要:运用ANSYS的CFD对浸入式水口两种预热烘烤方式下的瞬态传热过程进行了研究,得到了水口烘烤预热后的温度场分布和水口的升温曲线。研究结果表明,在燃烧式预热烘烤方式下,水口沿轴线方向的温度变化梯度较大,水口颈部预热后的温度较低,是导致水口颈部频繁断裂和较易出现竹节样裂纹的主要原因。而在抽风式预热烘烤方式下,水口的预热温度场分布更合理,水口颈部预热后的温度得到了大幅提高,是一种更为合理的水口预热烘烤方式。

Abstract:The transient heat transfer process of the submerged nozzle under two different preheating regimes is studied by CFD of ANSYS and thereupon the temperature field distribution of the nozzle after preheating and its temperature rise curve have been obtained. Results show that the temperature variation gradient is greater along the axial direction of the nozzle and the temperature around the neck of the nozzle after preheating is lower under the combustion preheating mode and bamboo joint shaped cracking at the neck part of the nozzle, whereas under the fan type preheating mode the distribution of the preheating temperature field of the nozzle is more desirable and the temperature a-round the neck of the nozzle is rising drastically after preheating and therefore it is a more acceptable preheating mode.
