原油电脱水器技术进展

摘    要:回顾了利用静电场提高原油乳化液脱水效率所开展的研究及开发的相关技术。电脱水器技术研究集中在开发新的电场形式、优化电极结构与布局以及根据电场设计更合理的液体流动形式,此外还包括利用离心、微波和超声波等辅助手段。结合海上油田采出液乳化特点,提出了开发电脱水器新技术的研究方向。

Abstract:The technology for electrostatic enhancement of coalescence of water droplets in oil e mulsions was critically reviewed. Details for developing new electric field,optimizing electrode ge ometry and designing more reasonable way of emulsion moves were presented. Auxiliaries inclu ding centrifugal,microwave and ultrasonic technology were also referred. Based on emulsion char acteristic of offshore oilfield,research emphases were pointed out.
