| 摘 要： | 在冲裁薄料时，通常要用的是无间隙的冲模。以聚氨酯橡胶代替通常钢模中的凹模或凸模是比较有效的方法之一。在了解聚氨酯橡胶冲裁的过程和聚氨酯橡胶冲裁的工艺性的基础上，必须掌握聚氨酯橡胶；中裁模具主要零件的设计要领。

| Abstract: | In the blanking of thin material, blanking dies without clearance are usually chosen. It's one of best methods to use polyurethane rubber rather than usual cavity or core in steel die. On the base of understanding the blanking process of polyurethane rubber and its processing properties, the design gist of the blanking die of polyurethane rubber must be mastered. |
