基于有限元法储能飞轮本体的应力分析

摘    要:为确保储能飞轮在高速旋转状态下不松脱,装配后的应力值又在许用范围之内,为此确定了合理的装配过盈量,并完成了离心应力计算分析;采用ANSYS分析软件建立了储能飞轮本体应力分析的有限元模型;计算了最大过盈量装配时的接触应力与旋转状态下的飞轮系统离心应力,并完成了飞轮本体的强度校核。

Abstract:The magnitude of assembly interference must be given, and the centrifugal stress analysis must be carried out in order to avoid the energy storage flywheel running in losing state, as well as the stress value can be keep in allowable range. The stress of the energy storage flywheel has been analyzed by the aid of FEM software ANSYS, the contact stress with maximum magnitude of interference and centrifugal stress under rotational condition were obtained; furthermore, the strength was checked.
