| 摘 要： | 针对唐山国丰钢铁有限公司热轧薄板厂2#1450热连轧机组带钢生产中出现的板形问题进行了分析,找出了板形的主要影响因素,提出了改进措施.通过不断优化、确保了轧机调整精度,提高了轧制稳定性,减少了因板形异常导致废钢事故的发生,保证带钢生产顺利进行.

| Abstract: | It is analyzed the profile shape problem in strip steel production in 2# 1450 hot continuous rolling mill set, the main affecting factors found out, improving measures proposed. With continuous optimization, the adjusting precision of mill is guaranteed, the rolling stabilization improved, waste products caused by ab- normal profile shape reduced. |
