摘    要:以邯钢中板厂3500mm中厚板生产线为例,分析了中厚板同板差产生的原因,提出了提高中厚板轧机AGC控制系统精度的措施。通过探索和实践,邯钢中板厂3500mm中厚板生产线产品纵向同板差控制在0.2-0.3mm,头尾厚度同板差基本控制在0.3~0.4mm,板凸度控制在0.13mm以内,能够很好地满足用户需要。

Abstract:With 3 500 mm plate production line of Plate Rolling Mill in Hart Steel as example, it is analyzed the reason for thickness deviation on plate, proposed measures to improve the precision of AGC control sys tem. In exploration and practice the longitudinal thickness deviation on plate of the production line is con trolled within 0.2 to 0.3 ram, the deviation of head and tail on plate within 0.3 to 0.4 mm, the plate crown within 0.13 mm. The products can meet the requirement of customers.
