提高钒渣一次渣焙烧转化率工艺研究

摘    要:承钢钒制品厂新建回转窑比原回转窑大,原有的焙烧经验和热工制度不能满足该回转窑生产的需要。生产初期,新建回转窑的一次渣转化率仅为76.91%,比原回转窑低3%。通过调整氧化气氛、苏打比、入窑温度、焙烧时间及焙烧温度等参数,熟料出窑后急冷,一次渣转化率可达83%。

Abstract:In the new - built rotary kiln, which is larger than the old one, all the original roasting experiences and thermal regulations can not meet the requirement of production. At the beginning the primary slag con version ratio was only 76, 91%, lower than that of the original kiln. By adjusting parameters such as oxida tion atmosphere, soda rate, entering - kiln temperature, roasting time and toasting temperature, and adopting grog fast- cooling after out of kiln, the ratio can reach 83%.
