| 摘 要： | 皮带系统是焦化厂炼焦煤的运输主要设备,具有设备多、布置分散、全线距离长等特点,采用PLC皮带控制系统,实现了自动化控制.通过对上煤皮带系统进行自动化升级改造,提高了皮带系统安全性,减少操作人员,降低了生产成本.

| Abstract: | Belt transportation system is the main equipment in coking plant. It has characteristics of large number of equipments, decentralized distribution and long transportation distance. With PLC control system its automatic control is realized. With automatic update reformation in coal feeding belt system, the safety of the system is imnroved operating workers number reduced, cost lowered. |
