基于单尖刀具和等效切削刃法的流屑角预报

摘    要:将单尖刀具流屑角模型及其预报拓展到圆弧刃刀具中,提出了圆弧刀具的流屑角模型。此模型将任意刀具形状剖分为单尖刀具和纯圆弧切削刃两种情况,预报结果与Colwell法比较,表明这种方法具有较高的准确度,对于切削过程中切削力的预报和切屑的控制有一定的适用性。

Abstract:A general chip flow model of round tool is got from the chip flow angle of single point tool. The model divided the arbitrary tool shape into single -point and round cutting edge, the prediction results is compared with Colwell method and shows the high precision when using this method, it is of definite applicability to the cutting force prediction and the chip controlled in course of cutting.
