摘    要:海上机械采油系统为了防止油井意外溢油在一定的井深加了封隔器,其动液面无法用回声仪测量,故不能采用传统的机械采油系统效率测试与计算方法。同时由于油管内流体的流动复杂,难以利用多相流原理测试与计算泵的扬程。鉴于此,根据海上机械采油工艺的特点,推导了两种测试海上机械采油系统效率的方法,即套管法与油管法。在油管法中,避开了多相流复杂流态对测试与计算造成的困难。在套管法中,根据推导得出结论:泵扬程与液体的密度有关,与气体的密度无关,从而使测试大为简化。这两种测试方法简单可行,测算结果准确可靠。

Abstract:Unlike the inland artificial lift system, the offshore artificial lift system is equipped with packers in order to prevent oil from overflow. As a result, the traditional methods for testing and calculating the system efficiency cannot be used anymore since the dynamic liquid level is unable to be measured with the echo liquid level instrument. Moreover, it is difficult to test and calculate the delivery lift of the pump according to the multiphase flow theory owing to the complexity of the liquid flow in the tubing. Based on the characteristics of the offshore artificial lift, two methods for testing the depth of the dynamic liquid level, the casing method and the tubing method, are deduced and compared. And these two methods are proved simple and reliable.
