新型真空开关触头材料的特性研究

摘    要:介绍了用于真空断路器的一种新型触头材料CuCr20Ta5,对其装管后的开断性能及截流值进行测试研究,并与尺寸、触头结构完全相同而触头材料为CuCr25及CuCr50的真空灭弧室的相应性能进行了比较,结果表明,CuCr20Ta5是一种性能较好且适用于真空断路的触头材料。

Abstract:In this paper, a new kind of contact material for vacuum interrupters, named CuCr20Ta5 is developed, whose interrupting ability and chopping current level is tested, and contrasted with that of the conventional contact material CuCr25 and CuCr50. The tet results show obviously that the new contact material is adapt for vacuum switchgear.
