| Abstract: | The evolution of aramid fiber reinforced plastic(AFRP) bars in civil engineering Structure is reviewed.The current applications of AFRP bars for construction are summarized.The structural forms and mechanical properties of AFRP bars are introduced in detail.Finally the prospect of applications and development trends of AFRP bars are expected. |
