中俄原油管道增输方案研究

摘    要:旨在提高中俄原油管道输量,扩大俄油进口量。对我国可持续发展和进口多元化具有重要的战略意义。采用SPS(Stoner Pipeline Simulator)管道模拟软件,对该管线进行离线实时模拟计算。分析管道2 200×104 t/a输油技术方案,对2 500×104 t/a、3 000×104 t/a工艺方案进行研究,确定最佳增输方案。

Abstract:In order to improve the throughput of China-Russia crude oil pipeline, off-line calculation of the pipeline was simulated by using SPS (Stoner Pipeline Simulator) pipeline simulation software. 2 200×10^4t/a Crude oil transportation technical scheme was analyzed, 2 500×10^4t/a and 3 000×10^4t/a crude oil transportation technical schemes were studied, and the optimal transmission scheme was determined.
