高酸原油蒸馏加工过程中的腐蚀与控制

辽河石化公司南常、减压蒸馏装置主要以加工高酸辽河原油为主,由于原料油腐蚀性较强,设备腐蚀问题一直是困扰装置长周期运行的关键。针对高、低温设备腐蚀问题,分别采用材质升级和工艺防腐措施,同时加强对设备腐蚀的监控和预防,实现了装置的长周期安全稳定运行。
