摘    要:针对国内湿法磷酸面临的资源利用度低、污染严重,发展方向不甚明确的现状,回顾了国内外湿法磷酸发展过程,评论了国内已形成生产能力的"四、六"工程和硫磺制酸工艺。提出在硫磺制酸的基础之上,实现在磷酸中制造石膏晶须以发展半水物法,可实现湿法磷酸的清洁生产,同时有望继续提升该行业和相关行业的经济效益。

Abstract:Aiming at the current status of domestic wet phosphoric acid production: low resource utilization, serious pollution and unclear developing direction, the development of wet-process phosphoric acid at home and abroad was reviewed, the ‘Four-Six’ project and sulfur-burning sulfuric acid process which had formed actual production capacity were discussed. It’s pointed out that the hemihydrate method producing gypsum whiskers in phosphoric acid based on sulfuric acid production process from sulfur-burning should be developed to realize clean production of wet-process phosphoric acid, the economic efficiencies of the related industries are expected to be improved continuously.
