智能分析仪表中PROFIBUS-DP接口的研发

摘    要:研究了PROFIBUS-DP现场总线基本理论及其通信协议芯片SPC3的结构和功能,分析了PROFIBUS DPV1协议的扩展功能。在已有智能分析仪表的基础上,提出PROFIBUS-DP智能从站接口的软硬件实现方法。采用"核心板+接口板"方式,集成模块化设计思想和自顶向下的设计方法,研发出一套嵌入式PROFIBUS-DP智能从站。

Abstract:The structure and the function of PROFIBUS-DP bus communication protocol chip SPC3 is introduced.The extended functions of PROFIBUS protocol DPV1 are analyzed.Based on the intelligent analysis instrument,the hardware and software design and the implementation method of PROFIBUS-DP intelligent slave station interface are presented.By using the PROFIBUS-DP protocol chip SPC3 and AVR_mega16 series single chip,the module of the intelligent slave station interface with PROFIBUS-DP interface is developed.By adopt...
