圆形堆取料机料耙有限元分析及优化设计

摘    要:应用MSC.Nastran软件以及有限单元法,对国内目前最大圆形堆取料机料耙进行应力应变分析。针对料耙刚度不足问题,重点研究结构钢度及其优化设计,充分发挥材料潜力,为减轻部件质量、提高刚度提供了有力技术依据。

Abstract:Applying the theory of finite element analysis,in the paper we performed a static intension analysis on the Biggest Rake Recently in China by the MSC.Nastrans,and got the results of the calculation.According to the analysis,we calculated the Strain of the Rake,and calculated different frame to search the better frame,provide some advices to improve the design of it.
