肉桂多糖对四氧嘧啶致实验性糖尿病小鼠降糖作用的研究

摘    要:目的探讨肉桂多糖对四氧嘧啶致实验性糖尿病小鼠的降糖作用。方法建立四氧嘧啶诱导的昆明种小鼠糖尿病模型。肉桂多糖(600mg/kg)连续灌胃给药7d,测定给药前后小鼠空腹血糖值、体重及脏器系数。结果肉桂多糖实验剂量能明显降低模型小鼠的血糖值。结论肉桂多糖对四氧嘧啶诱发的实验性糖尿病小鼠有显著的降糖效果。

Abstract:Objective To study the anti-hyperglycemic effect of cinnaman on alloxan diabetes mice. Methods After the diabetic mice model was induced by alloxan, cinnaman(600 mg/kg)was administered intragastrically for 7 d, then the fasting blood glucose, body weight and organ coefficient were analyzed. Results Cinnaman with test dose could significantly reduce the blood glucose levels of the experimental diabetic mice.
