催化助燃剂降低烧结煤耗的研究

摘    要:本文讨论了烧结用催化助燃剂的研制及添加催化助燃剂降低烧结煤耗的烧结杯试验结果,试验表明:在相同的时间与反应条件下,添加催化助燃剂时,煤粉的固定碳转化率主于不中时煤粉的固定碳转化率,添加0.1%催化助燃剂强化烧结,不仅可以保证烧结矿的产质量,而且固体燃耗可降低15%以上。

Abstract:The development of catalysis combustion -supporting agent for sinteringprocess and the sintering test results with addition of catalysis combustion-supporting agentin sintering coal fines to reduce fuel consumption were discussed. Laboratory test results in-dicate that with addition of 0. 1 % catalysis combustion - supporting agent in coal fines,notonly the production rate and sinter quality were ensured, but the economical benefit on ener-gy was very notable,the coal consumption of sintering was reduced by over 15 %.
