摘    要:根据铝合金泵轮多达40个叶片、中心有孔、侧面有凹槽的特点,确定了利于脱模与制造的最大截面为分型面,选择了合型力为2500kN的J1125G型卧式冷室压铸机,设计了侧浇道形式的浇注系统和溢流排气系统及多达31个截面呈不同形状的推杆位置。由于圆周上有环形凹槽,所以还设计了二等分环状型芯和2个侧向抽芯机构。

Abstract:Based on the features of more than 40 blades and existence of hole in center and indentation in side in AlSil2Cu pump wheel, maximum cross-section was set as parting surface, which is favorable for die-release and manufacturing, and J1125G horizontal cold chamber presser with closing force of 2500 kN was determined. In the die structure, side-pouring gatingsystem and over-flow-exhausting system as well as 31 ejection pins with various sectional shape have been considered. In addition, two-half ring-core and two side-core-pulling mechanisms have been designed due to the existence of ring-indentation.
