郑州绿地广场灌注桩施工技术

摘    要:郑州绿地广场工程钢筋混凝土灌注桩施工最大桩长约67m,直径1m.此超长钢筋混凝土桩对钻机、护筒埋设、垂直度控制、成孔颈缩控制、泥浆制作、复合后注浆工艺等施工技术与施工质量都有较高要求.根据现场试验,确定了复杂地基条件下灌注桩施工工艺流程和施工参数.该桩基工程有效桩长部分和三桩以下柱下承台单桩承载力均满足设计要求,达到了预期效果.

Abstract:Zhengzhou Greenland Plaza is designed as steel reinforced concrete bored piles foundation.The longest piles are about 67m length with 1m diameter.The super-long steel reinforced concrete bored piles have strict demands on drilling machine,protection tube embedment,control of piles perpendicular, slurry preparation as well as compound post-grouting technology.According to field test,construction technology and parameters of bored piles under complex geological conditions are decided.In the engineering,effect...
