北京航华科贸中心工程施工新技术

北京航华科贸中心工程总建筑面积达３２万ｍ＾２，是集办公、商住、娱乐、购物等多种功能于一体的大型智能化公共建筑群体。由于建筑规模大、施工复杂，施工中采用Ｃ４０级超厚大体积混凝土一次浇筑、高强高性能混凝土、商品混凝土成套泵送等技术，提高了工程质量和效益，并取得一批重要科技成果。

NEW CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY FOR THE BEIJING HANGHUA SCIENTIFIC AND COMMERCIAL CENTRE PROJECT

The Beijing Hanghua Scientific and Commercial Centre project has been designed with a total floor space of 320 000 m2.It is designed of a large-scale and complex building with a multi-functions of offices,trades,residences,recreations,marketing and etc.In fact,it has been designed of a huge,intelligent and public utility building group.Owing to the large-scale building construction and its complicated technology,it has during construction,adopted C40 super-thickness and mass concrete with only once pouring concrete operation.Furthermore,it has adopted the high strength and high performance commercial concrete with a whole set pumped concrete technology etc.In conclusion,it has promoted a quality and efficient construction,and therefore achieved a series of important scientific achievements.
