智能电动执行器可变电感式扭矩测量系统的设计

摘    要:为避免智能电动阀门执行器由于负载扭矩超过额定值而导致的阀门或执行器损坏,本文提出了一种可变电感式扭矩测量系统。该系统采用机电一体化的可变电感式扭矩传感器,实时、精确测量执行器工作时的扭矩,并通过执行器内置的微处理器对执行器动作进行自动控制,实现对执行器或阀门的扭矩过载保护。

Abstract:A new test system with the variable inductance sensor for measuring the torsion is put forward in this paper,in order to preventing the damage the intelligent electric actuator or valve,when it is working with overloading. The torsion of the intelligent electric actuator can be measured by this system real time and accurately,and the operation of the actuator can be also controlled through the inner microprocessor automatically. When the actuator is working with overloading, this system can avoid the damage of the actuator or valve.
